What do dealers do with leftover 2007 sleds over the summer?

I figure this is a great time to buy as dealers must have unsold 2007 sleds stored in the back of their dealerships. Is that true or have the dealers returned them to Yamaha or just resigned themselves to not selling now and moved on to bikes/atvs for the summer? Has anyone one purchased at this time of year or do real sledders prebuy at the end of season awaiting the next round of snow in the fall and the arrival of the latest models?

I could buy now and get one of those wheel kits to play without snow.

They have blow out prices at the end of winter you might have missed it already.There where huge deals.Now the price probaly went back up.

I missed the end of season price reductions as I was getting my motorcycle deals worked out but now that season is well started so it is time to look at sleds again.

As pro116 pointed out where are you from. I can speak a little about Northern Michigan and tell you there are a few places with leftovers. I assume you are looking for a phazer based where this is posted? Most of the Dealers in My area did O.K. on phazer sales but there are stds.,GT's, and FX's to be had. Did you check out Port Yamaha out of Wisconson at the bottom of the Forum index? IMHO they have some fantastic pricing on 07's listed on there page. Again it would help to know the area your looking? good luck.

I think you missed it. They had new FX's for 5100 OTD. That was in upstate NY.

They sell em to Canadians for ridicoulous pricing. Canadian dollar hit allmost .93 today. Save $4k on a new sled????

i bought a phazer fx in april and my brother bought his in may. together we saved about three thousand dollars. lots of money left over for accessories.
