stock is 51/43 is there anything better.
Not with the stock weights unless your over 200 pounds then you can probably get away with a shallower start angle. The yammie 51/43 actually performs close to a 48/42.

I have stock weights, and weigh 280 with gear, i have a 48/34 how would that work.

With that helix you would overrev like crazy at top speed. I think for your weight something close to a 46/42 dalton would work well.
