What is up with Yellowknife???

Where is he riding? the trails around here are flooded with the 40+mm of rain we got...

You guys are funny. I feel like a celebrity, and as such i'm letting it go to my head and now it won't fit in my helmet.

Just kidding.

The mileage log last year was the best one I ever did, it also took the most time, hundreds and hundreds of hours of computer editing. So, this year I decided to play it by ear. Given the fact I was heading to Ontario without the proper equipment to upload video's, I wasn't sure i'd do a mileage log. I was only supposed to be in Ontario for a month but I busted my ankle (sliding, not snowmobiling) so I'm still here in Ontario but will be back in YK for March 1st. This is the crappiest winter in Ontario I have ever seen but I still managed to put some serious miles on, but i've had to trailer to get to the snow, I haven't been able to do any massive one week loop's across the province because it is hit or miss with snow conditions. I've gone through runners and sliders like candy bars, so that should tell you something.

Anywho, I'm thinking I will do a mini-series during the summer months to keep you guys dreaming about next winter (when this one is long gone) for two reasons, i'll be able to take the time to do the work and it won't take away from my riding time!

I also hope to work on some one-off video's for you guys of off-roading and general wilderness insanity.

I owe you guys a big thanks for watching my video's the past couple years. The popularity grew enough for some major players in the industry to notice and without you watching, I wouldn't have been motivated to do the video's, and without the video's, I wouldn't have been noticed by some of the major players.

Many of you have said hey YK, you should be testing sleds, and i've actually been given a few opportunities to do that by various dealers and even Yamaha Canada, so thanks for the viewership and I hope to bring you more entertainment after the YK winter is over (usually end of April)

Cheers,
YK
