just buy a new axle or a gorilla shaft for it. that one looks finished beyond repair.
is there any good used ones on the internet that i could just throw on it to trade in for a new quad

I agree with Maim, I replaced mine with gorillas but they are pricey.
Ive already done 3000 grand in axles and cvs on it in the 6 months ive had it and its really starting to piss me off so i just want something cheap to put on it to sell so atleast it moves otherwise ide go for all 4 gorillas
do i have to pull the cv right out of the front diff to put a new axle in?
or does it just go inside the bearing holder thing?

pull the other axle out and use a hammer and punch through from the other side. after this i am stumped. they usually come out wayy easyer than you are describing.

Why are you ripping through CV's? Do you have Huge TireS? A clutch kit? A Lift Kit?
3000 GRAND is 3 Million Dollars by the way...
