I live in Cleveland, OH, and wonder if there are any real good snow mobile areas in the Western NY state.

I knoe that there are some smaller ski ares like peak n' peak but do not know if there are sledding there to.

I used to live close to you in Richfield, now I live in Bemus Point.

We do not have enough snow to ride. We had a lot earlier, but then a thaw came with a ton of rain. There was an area around Cochane ski resort called Botwell Hill that had snow earlier last week. We rode there one evening. We need a good freeze and a good lake effect storm.

There are a lot of good trails in this area when the snow comes back. Most of the Ohio guys find places to stay in the Mayville area or Bemus area. There are hundreds of miles of groomed trails. I like to ride toward Cherry Creek the best, but the trails toward the Peak are good as well.

Thanks Red,
That is one area I found some info and a club in the jameson area on. I plan to check these trails out as soon as the snow is back.

I think the club is Lake Effect Trailbrakers and I migth join them to.

Thats a good club, I was a member of them as well as 3 others. I decided to cut back and now I am a only a member of the local club in Bemus, the Ellery Snowcruisers.

Good Luck.
