Does anyone know where this came from , I was removing upper console to remove the gas tank and found this on the floor ??? It's plastic with treads on insideView attachment 142124

without seeing it, I imagine it is the plastic lock ring that holds the body panel to the tank. I reserve the right to change my mind when I see the picture however.
