I had to rent a Yamaha in Canada when my SkiPoo broke down (again). New Attak on order. But anyway it had a flush mounted dash receptacle for a heated shield. Well it was broke and I stoped at a SkiDoo dealer to find a set up which would work. They had the identical part. Problem is I cant find anything on line that comes close, or even remember if this was a SkiDoo part. Any one have a newer SkiDoo or a friend that does? Its black and square with a flip up cover. It takes the standard shield plug (RCA jack), and under the dash it connects also with an RCA plug. This makes it most easy to replace the whole unit in minutes with no splicing. The Yamaha rental place put this part on their sleds only I dont speak enough French to call around. This in general would be a great factory install on all sleds! So if anybody knows of this or has a similiar set up please tell us.

Just what does this 19 cent plug look like? Is is just an RCA female end on a cord? If so then Ill be the judge of what looks good and what doesnt. Why spend $9000 and crap it up. This $80 plug you speak of can you tell me who makes it so I can look at it. Thanks
