yea they used the thru bolt on the lower a arm that goes thru the spindle to support the weight of the sled probly wouldnt be bad but the material used in the a arm is thin and after time cuts into the bolt and for some reason it vibrates that locknut off pioneer new about i had to buy new bolts cuz my were a mess and they told me to put the bolt threw the other way that was when my bolt came out and my ski was useless

oh yea if interested in looking at a drawing for the outer a arm fix search my name and you will find it put on 2500 miles on this fix and no problems yet
