Williams spanner wrench

Looking at the Williams 742 Spanner Wrench. What size pin on it do I need 1/8-3/16 or 1/4 ? Or do I need the one with the hook for adjusting shocks?

The one I have is the 472. Works great. Was another thread on this couple weeks ago.

Yes and you need the hook. Not pins.
