After watching Cannondale's video I was curious(bored)so I decided to check out all the functions on our stock factory WINDER Gauge. I was abit taken back to find that my TPS(Throttle Position Sensor) would only max out at 79.6 degrees when I held my throttle lever WOT as shown in video below.
I did alot of reading and searching to come up with only a few things, but all were on vipers. And Cannondale's video below is also a Viper. I read where some Vipers early on, were only showing 80 similar to mine, but then those were flashed with a new flash for cold starting, and afterwards showed 100 for TPS similar to what the video below shows.
So I did get some feedback from Travis(thanks brother!) but I would really like to get a good consensus here. So I'm asking if you guys that have easy access to your sleds, can simply check yours using the below video instructions provided by Cannondale. At least then we all will know what the winder "norm" TPS is supposed to be.
thanks gang

Mine is the same. I think 0 is actually 10 degrees for idle.

I just checked mine Dan and it showed 79.2. Either it's normal or both of ours are out of spec.

I'm thinking 100% would be too fast so they detuned them to 79 so the competition won't feel too bad. Or maybe they are saving the other 21% for a future performance increase.

Mines the same
So what does that number represent? Is it saying your are only at 79.4 percent throttle? If so, that's goofy and clearly not accurate. Wonder what it reads with the sled running st WOT?

Gauge on sled doesn't read in percentage Matt, it reads in degrees. From fully closed to fully open would be 90 degrees. From what I've seen on the various throttle bodies - throttle plates start at about 10 degrees from vertical, and open to 90 degrees.
Flashers read in % throttle...

That all makes sense now cannondale in his video shows % and on all the SW pictures all in degrees and I noticed there all 3.8 voltsGauge on sled doesn't read in percentage Matt, it reads in degrees.
