You're close. It's trail 3 going up near the top of Brockway Mountain outside of Copper Harbor.

This was day 2 of our first trip around Gaspe. It is between Matane and Sainte-Anne-des-Monts.
About an hour before the Viper in our group had his starter take a dump......
