The Ripsaw II has only been used on the FX Nytro RTX in 2012 and 2013 and was also on the 2013 Nytro Std model and will be on the 2014 Nytro std as well. That track was technically a 120" track as it uses the 2.86" drive pitch and was also a single ply track.
For this past season (2013) Camoplast introduced a bunch of new sizes for the 1.25" Ripsaw II including fully clipped two-ply 121",128", and 136" versions using the 2.52" drive pitch which have turned it into the best 1.25" replacement track currently available. Unfortunately it wasn't released in a 144" version for Nytro/Apex customers but they may be working on it for next year...at this point I don't know...
The Ripsaw II was also released this past season in 1.0" and 1.25" fully clipped two-ply versions in the 120", 129", and 137" lengths using the 2.86" drive pitch. This will be the same style 1.25" track coming on the 2014 Viper 129" and 137" models however I've yet to get the info whether those will be single or two ply versions.

I'm interested in the Ripsaw II. The description lists it as a blend of the Ripsaw, Predator and Cobra. What differences did you notice with this track verses the Rip-1? Is it any quieter like the description suggests?

I can't give you a comparison about the noise because the Ripsaw 1 is on my Turbo RX1 and the sled is way louder than stock, but it wasn't noisy at all. I had the preditor on my old SRX and on the turbo before the ripsaw 1 but as you know they stopped making them, and for the conditions i ride in it was always faster in the snow the way it gets ontop and floats. I didn't stud it this year, but i will for next year. Thats the only thing i would be afraid of with the 1 ply and would like to hear from guys that have studded. Even with out studs the hookup was amazing on the Ripsaw 2.
