Yamaha-Arctic Cat V- belt cross reference ?

Has anyone put a Cat drive belt on their Yamaha? I have an 08 Vector and am wondering if there is a Cat equivalent since Cat is dropping Yamaha 4 stroke motors in their sleds. I know they have different clutches, but this would be good knowledge, especially if you can't find a Yamaha dealer close by.

As far as I know there is no crossover. Buy a couple spare Yamaha belts and call it good. Cat belts are more expensive any way.

Anywhere you go will have a 8DN equivalent belt. Most all dealers, especially trailside dealers, keep more popular brand belts on had. Heck, I’ve seen 8dn equivalents at quite a few gas stations, just keep a list of Part Numbers for other brands of belts.
