i have i bought the "cabel lookalike" yamaha ice scratchers to use on my attack-06 , they are like the ones WANNA4STROKE describes- in this tread (Http://www.ty4stroke.com/viewtopic.php? ... scratchers)
" Looks like 5/8" steel cable that has a weighted end"
but now im not sure where to mount them, two bolts followed the kit so im suppose to bolt mount it ...somewhere. what u guys think would be the best place? any ideas where these scratchers suppose to be?
thanks for all help u can give me

They usually mount to the inside edges of the skis.

do you have a pic of these new ice scratchers,i aware of the spring like one but thats it.
You bolt them to the swaybar-links, through one of the holes in links...

Only thing they might be good for must be on hard packed, scratcing ice on the heat exhangers helping cooling engine down. I have a couple of friend that had added this on theyr apex's, one with apex mountain the other with apex gt and they bought this thing to help on the slides/hyfax wear issue but they did not help at all....
