It's at the dealer now. They are going to pressure test it this week.
Problem is the leak is one way. It leaks when cylinder pressures hit 4 or 5 figures but will not leak in the opposite direction at 16 psi differential pressure or less.

It's at a very reputable yamaha dealer which also builds in house turbo kits. They will get it sorted.

Spoke to dealer today and they found thermostat gasket wrapped around the spring on thermostat causing it to stick shut. Ran the sled with cooling system pressure gauge and stayed at 16psi. All good.
Good to hear now to test at 12psi.
