Yamaha's website???

Went on to Yamaha's website, seems they did a total re-do and now when I try to access for accessories for the new sleds like the Apex, they don't list anything but for the RS and RX sleds. Anyone else notice this?

Yes, its been like that since last Febuary.
Considering that most people wont get their '06s untill at least August, Id check back around then.

Thanks, but the previous site layout had a several items listed for the new sleds, seems odd they didn't include it when they switched over.

Wrong Cap'n....the entire Yamaha website has recently been revamped.....within the past 2 or 3 weeks. From what I can see, they still have a few tweaks to perform and links to resolve.

You misunderstand me, snowmonut. I wasnt saying that Yamaha's website was the same in Febuary. Im talking about the accessories they list. I havent seen anything listed for the Apex/Attak yet.
Yamaha has recently remodeled their website and its completely different than it was before.

Sorry about the misunderstanding...I see now what you meant. They did list accessories, albeit limited, with the old site, which have now been removed. Sometime over the summer seems about right for the site to be updated with the full line.

There were several items listed for the Apex models minus pictures. They don't even list the names of he sleds anymore. I guess Yamaha doesn't want things shown on the site the aren't offically released as a product you can buy.-

Hey man, no problem. It takes a lot to hurt my feeling.
I know that this past winter when all the new sleds came out that a lot of people were inquiring about different windshield options for the Apex. Especially people who live in some parts of Canada where -40 is considered normal, the stock windshields would be very cold.
I checked for accessory windshields at that time and all they listed were RX and RS windys and recently I checked it out and still didnt see any windshields listed.
Im sure that later in the year (probably September) Yamaha will offer a wide range of accessories for the Apex and Attak.

It's just yet another case of some IDIOT consultant selling a client on what they think works. I've never seen a more clueless group of people....consultants are right up there with lawyers in my book....useless.
