I lost the bolt on the skid that holds the front arm onto the skid - lower front
M10x60 bolt.... Problem is - how do you get it the skid hole to line up
With the arm hole? They are about 1/2 " off centre.
the track has been loosened off but the dam arm just doesn't want to move....
What's the magic ?

Sometimes it helps to loosen suspension spring tension and also you can rest the track on top of a 4X4 under the front arm.

I would pull the rear tunnel bolts. Should line up with the rear dropped.

Thanks guys, I used both and it worked great...... I lost the spacer that goes
In front of the bolt so I used a couple washers which should
Work until I get the right parts from ADV.....I hope they work????
I never had any issues before now and I knew about the bolts needing attention
But I let it slip for a week and bam....

I believe that washer is a pretty thin fender washer and you can pick one up at the hardware. As long as the arm is not making contact with the rail and binding you should be fine.

I had the exact same thing happen twice, same bolt. Be sure to use a wee dab of locktite. I also had the holes not line up for me and I discovered if lift the track off the ground and you pull all the pins on the revolver you can swing the suspension using the supplied adjusting tool and line the holes up allot easier.
