2022 SR Viper LTX GT Ground wire issue.

Removed the air box to clean and found a broken ground wire that attaches to the large bolt at the front of the engine on the clutch side. There is another ground wire coming out of the large harness in the same location and is attached to a smaller bolt on the frame on the clutch side. What is the broken wire for? I bought the sled used and am completely going thru it. Thanks for your help.

I believe it's just to ensure good grounding because of the rubber engine mounts.
