I put the mountain cables with a rox 5" on my 06 apex gt and wouldn't go back. 5" is the max though.

I am hitting the revlimiter also but i am trying to bring it down. I don't think it is shifting properly if you are bouncing off the limiter. I am trying to get more track speed in the powder.

we cooked a battery in a vector in 24 hrs using a 1.4 amp trickle charger. Now we only use the Optimate III chargers. Too Much current will cook a sealed battery.

one of the wires broke off on my sled just before the connector from the shock at 900 miles. Check it to see if it is in good shape.

Do yourself a favor and buy a battery tender. Your battery will last more than one or two seasons that way.

Yamadog - What studs are you running? I have never ran studs so it will be something totally new to me. The GT monshock has the adjustable dampener. Has anyone wired this up to a non gt sled. I was wondering if it is a 0-12v signal that needs to be sent to the shock to vary the dampening.
