I still cant figure it out. I have synchronized the throttle bodies, checked all vacuum lines, checked the tps, and even tighnen the return spring of the throttle cable :die . The only thing left is the computer.
No issues. I dont know the law for sleds, but what ever it is I know its alot lower then these pipes. When we had snow at the first of the season I was stopped twice by dnr for my stickers and they didnt say anything about the noise. I think it sounds awesome. You could ask for a better sound...
I have had mine blow off four times now and have finally decided to glue the boots on and tied the rail down to the bolt that holds the starter on. We just lost our snow, so I cant tell you if that is for sure the cure, but if the glue holds half as good as it stuck to my fingers, then the boots...
10.5 lbs on a stage 2??? That sucks. I have the stage one with the 10lb setup and at our elevation my runs 10lbs just crusing speed and holds 14-15lbs and full throttle. Also no problems with the belts, just throttle body blowing off under high boost.
Thats the first 4 stroke we have put on the the dyno besides mine, but mine doesnt count because it is boosted. My buddy just got the dyno about a month ago so we have just put on alot of 2 strokes. :4STroke:
Thanks to Jim at BPE my boosted apex now looks even better then it did before. If you have a turbo or supercharger on a apex with a stock hood, then there is no reason why you shouldnt have one of Jims hood scoops. These are pics of my gauge pod and scoop that Jim makes.
It was my third race of the day. I had just looked down to see 150something and holy gernade. The noise was so loud. The track locked up, engine died and I was just glad that my arm or leg didnt get ripped off. I was just thinking prior to that race, maybe I should change my belt. Thank god the...
I am with you on that one. I have a couple cracks on mine also. Last week I tig welded the cracks as good as I could and one trip out and there all back and even bigger.
