    Blue-brown-blue vs blue-brown primary springs?

Is the B-Br-B spring the same as the B-Br spring? The chart in clutch tuning doesn't have the B-br listed.

Nytro having starting issues when warmed up.

Is there a fuel return line kit? And also where would I find a 1:1 pressure regulator?

Nytro having starting issues when warmed up.

I just installed a turbo kit on my nytro and am having issues with it starting after the machine warms up. It starts and idles fine when it is cold or after sitting for 20 or more minutes, but if I only sit for a couple minutes and try to start it, it will almost start first try(sometimes it...

    turbo install question?

Right on thanks for the help, I think I've got it all hooked up right. The small black box turns out is an atmospheric pressure sensor so it's not supposed to have anything hooked to that tube line, as long as it stays dry.

    turbo install question?

So I'm just going to leave the holes open on the turbo since they are just for cooling. I'm now trying to figure out the power commander wiring, the instructions that came with it are for a motorcycle of some kind and have no pictures or proper step by step how to on my install, 3 issues I'm...

    turbo install question?

I'm installing a Push turbo kit onto my Nytro, I've got it all in place and everything but there are 2 threaded holes that are both open, one on each side of the turbo, there is nothing in the instructions about putting fittings or plugs in them and nothing in the kit that threads into these...

    Skid plate fix?

All the bolts are on there, the plate is actually bent right in front of the front mounting bolts from the ice buildup. I have an 08 but did a gusset kit and welded nuts on the inside of the lower a-arm plate for the front mounting bolt to thread into. I like the idea of the foam between the...

    Skid plate fix?

Last season I installed a Mountain tech full skid plate on my nytro. I've got about 10 rides since it was installed. A couple rides ago i noticed a bit of ice buildup on the front of the plate but figured it wouldn't be an issue since the plate is so beefy, but after a ride yesterday in deep pow...

    16" track in a nytro?

I'm on my 3rd season running a 174x16x2.5 on a mtx with no issues. CR Racing makes a bolt kit for switching to 16 wide, you need to grind down some rivets a bit and swap out the back rear suspension mounting brackets with thin ones which also drops a couple pounds off the sled. takes a couple...

174x16x2.5 Track in a non turbo Nytro

I installed a 174x16x2.5 on my 2008, bought a 16" wide kit from CR Racing as well as their drop brackets to make for a bit more room it was pretty strait forward and cheap plus it dropped some weight. I don't think it would make to much of a difference when you're talking sidehilling since your...

    What's the best 16x174x2.5 track?

MMP rail extensions, they are the style that don't require longer sliders, I went this way to keep costs down and haven't had a single issue. I got a 174" tunnel cap from CR Racing for more than it was worth... if you drill the rivets off the tunnel support that holds your snowflap on you can...

    What's the best 16x174x2.5 track?

I'm running a 174x16x2.5 CamoExtreme and have had endless deep powder days this season, it goes everywhere i want to put the machine and boondocks like crazy. last weekend had 3-4 feet of fresh champagne powder and the track was doing it's job well. from my research earlier this season i found...

Will a 16" wide track fit on my 2010 Mtx Nytro 162, or

I went to a 174x16x2.5 CE this season, ordered new drop brackets to run a 16 wide through CR Racing in Kelowna BC, they also have a bolt kit for $20 specifically to go 16", just had to grind down the rivits. I've put on 1300 Miles this season, the only time I can hear it rub is when sidehilling...

    Will a 154 fit on 153?

It should fit, since the track is measured as a loop it would only be a 1/2" longer. If for some reason it you're unable to get it fully tight just switch to 8" wheels on the back of your skid to take up the slack and you'll be golden.

    Relocating the Skid Wheels?

I just took a bunch off rather than relocate, I'm running the 2 inside ones in the front and a 2 wheel kit in the back and that's it but I've always got powder where I ride. The new Doo-Doo's are set-up the same way.

    153-174 gearing and clutching?

After drilling out the larger rivit in the Toe the machine is a night and day difference, took it to a strip to test the flat speeds and take off. After 500 meters in 8 inches of soaking wet fresh snow it was pulling 94-95km at 8700-8900. on a half set up track it was pulling 110km at 9100...

    I smell Gear oil......

Got this problem figured out today incase anyone else runs into it... while riding in deep powder(which we've had here all season) the brake lever gets clogged with snow then packs up and gets stuck partway on, there for heating the disc right up causing brake fade and transfering the heat to...

    I smell Gear oil......

After I've been riding for a half hour or so I can start to slightly smell chaincase oil, there is none visibly leaking anywhere. If I do a hard climb or ride powder it get's worse... at the same time my I'm getting brake fade(lever pulls almost to the bar and has to be pumped a bit) is...
