There is your problem but why is it not firing is the question. that cylinder is not firing if it was it would look like the rest. try switching the plug and the coil to a different cylinder run it for a mile and see if it starts to change color if not change the coil out.
I have found the same thing with mine I took out the shim behind my secondary and started to get some squeal at idle too. may need to set deflection but when I got it all back together it is very close to the 57.5 mm we are supposed to have. I would leave it out and check offset. if it is close...
