Paid $499 for it 2 years ago... added heating elements to the handles and wired it into the taillight assembly of the sled. Works great. I can post actual pics of it on the weekend.
Make me an offer.
I'm thinking of selling my seatjack. It was mounted on my stretched RX1 (136") with a Hartman extension. Only used to take my daughter on a few short trips.

I'm in between pickup's right now, my lease ran up on my F150 and I can't make up my mind between another Ford or the new Tundra, and now this Phazer FX comes along.
Its the FX model. Website says its 111" long, but I have about 92" in the van. So I'm just wondering if I take the skis and bumper off if its 19" shorter.
Its a 800 mile drive so I'd rather not have the rear door open.
Hi guys, I have a question on the length of the Phazer. I'm thinking of buying one but the only way of picking it up at this time would be with a minivan (grand caravan). I know I'm safe with the width as the van is 49". The hieght is 40" at the rear door and about 44" interior. I'd just drop...
I used my Yamaha backpack for the first time a few weeks ago on a 3 day tour we did in Northern Ontario. I was skeptical at first how it was going to feel but I really liked it. We do quite a bit of off trail riding and saddlebags really get in the way when jumping back and forth on the running...
Are you heading up to Moosonee?
The handlebar muffs is definitely the way to go for extreme cold. I tried the heated boot inserts, didn't work that well for me. And you seem to get tangled up in the wires when you forget to unhook them getting off the sled.
I always carry a few of those...
Thanks for the first logical answer, but why wouldn't Yamaha have designed the clutch to work to its full potential from the get-go. Or is it errelevant(sp?) how far the clutches actually engage?
I'm talking about top speed here.
My dad and I are having this debate yesterday and we didn't get anyware. He says if both sleds spin at 10,400 rpm's and clutches are both engaged fully for top speed (as in a top speed run), the drive ratio (from the engine to the track) would be no different...
I use WaterWetter in my R1 sportbikes. My race bike has straight water and waterwetter in it (no antifreeze, as they don't allow it on race tracks) and it runs very cool for what it gets put through on the track. Theres no temp gauge on it so I don't really have any numbers on the diff. There...
