I think you have you stroke and piston speed backwards. For example,

I was up there last thursday to saturday. The trails were great. Rode from Brimley to Ironwood and back. 898 mi. and only hit maybe 10 mi of rough the whole weekend. Gwinn to L'anse was great.

I have about 1000 mi. on my sled now and want to add hh stage 1 clutching. I was wondering if anyone experenced any mileage lost with it or top end lost. I was also going to try the washers in the secondary for overdrive. Thanks for any comments.

Has anyone hooked up 1 of theses to their sled and how did it work? Also how did it compare to radar. If anyone doesn't know what a g-tech is , it is a accellometer (? spelling). I gives 0 to 60 times, 1/4 mi times & speeds.

I'm looking for a cheep acurate gps that measure top speed over 100 mph. The one's I've looked at only go to 99.9 mph.

I would guess snow dust in the air filter, I've heard of this happening when guys are doing alot of powder riding. I dont think you would get condensation on plugs on a running motor :?:
I was wondering if anyone was using them and if there is a problem with installing them or with the handle bar warmers after installed. Do they suck the heat out of the bars?

Yes you can charge the battery from the jumper cables. I shut my sled off with the kill switch and forgot to turn the key off, noticed it about a week later (no snow here) the battery was dead and I charged it thru the jumpers, no problem. Got to remember to sut it off with key :oops:

I hace a 04 shorty and I heard they changed the roller diameter in the primary. What would this affect in clutching campared to a 03 set-up if any? ie heal wght., mid wght, or tip wght.?
