I have replaced stocker with M 10. Ride in is 8 inches. Now when suspension is topped out... coming over a rise... or in 6-10 inches of snow the machine darts badly. It seems that the high rear end when topped out has changed front end ski caster. Seems that my options are to restrict maximum travel of rear suspension or increase front end height or travel.... Better quality skis might help but that is fixing part of the symptoms but not fixing the problem.... Solutions? Thx. C.

let the limiter straps out in the front. start a hole at a time this will pull weight off the skis and more on the front of the track. if this don't help let me know i will open my M10 book and see if i can dig up more info

Thanks for the tip...tried that and limiter strap is out as far as it should go. Any more and the track clips may catch on the nose of the rails! Don't think the problem is with the M 10. But will be happy to listen to anything. Thanks.

How much preload are you running on your front shocks? Jack it up and set them so the spring is loose then do a half turn to tighten and leave it. If that doesn't help turn them full tight per the manual instructions and see how that effects things, then you have a idea on the full range of adjustment and can dial it in.

Also have you shimmed your from skis? If not do that or add a larger shim. Set this by setting the sled on concrete and making sure the front tip of the carbide is off the concrete by a little bit.

M10 isn't that large of a height increase to not be able to compensate for with adjustment of the front.
