Unless you have k&n filters, air box mod, or your altitude is -18,000' your jets are huge. Your main jets should be #135.

No filters and i beleive stock jets are 165 and 25 pilots , my friend came over last night and we swopped carbs and no luck, so jetting is not the issue

Look at your clutches. How many miles on the sled? A dirty or worn out clutch can do the same thing.

Just reread your post. If the only thing that has changed is the exhaust, and now you are having problems,I would go back there. Compared to what you have done that is going to be easy to check. If you can find a different muffler to put on, try it. Maybe something is blocking the muffler inside.
When test riding are you putting the air box back on? Your jets are way to huge for your elevation stock jetting is 135 mains and 17.5 pilots. The guy who sold you the sled must have had K&N filters on to jet that big. If your airbox is not on the sled will run like poop with it off ask me how I know.
Swap clutches with your buddy's sled.
