Are the copper donuts putting any more stress on the pipes as the crack them? I have a set of aftermarket OEM style someone gave me. Is it okay to run those and go to copper next year?

if you are only tring to get a year out of them they may hold up but aftermarket kinda scares me if they fail you will crack the y pipes and that gets expensive. on my 07 i replaced with stock oem and ground down the stops on the clamps a little bit so they would get tighter and they held up for 2 years and i sold the sled so i dont know beyond that but i would use stock parts or many have had luck with copper. But i would stay away from any untested aftermarket with so much at risk.
