No, I never found the problem.
TPS seemed to check fine for mine last year. Took my sled out a couple weeks ago. Going to do some stuff regular maintenance on it and take it to a dealer to check for the idling issue.
There was a post about checking the battery...and mine always checked out fine. But I couldn't see it being the issue. Buddy's Apex started to act a bit the same end of last year. He got his out a couple weeks ago and it didn't want to stay running. Changed the battery and oil and it was never below 1500RPMs after. Coincidence maybe...but I may try his new battery to see what happens before going to the dealer.
Changing the CO settings didn't make a difference for me.
BTW...exhaust is not an issue for mine either.

I had to change the CO setting from +5 to -20 to see any difference. How low did you go with your settings. Mine no longer stalls out but still does not idle smoothly. I might check my battery also. I can't see that being the issue unless maybe the battery has an intermittent short in it.

Page 2...I already had it set the previous couple seasons at -5. I went as low as -15 with no difference at all. And mine doesn't actually stall often...just runs down around 1000RPM a lot. More when warmer weather it seems.
I can't see it being the battery either, but who knows. Something easy to try.

Happening more when its warmer would indicate that it may be running rich. Did you ever try going into your diagnostics to see if its recording the proper air temperature to see if the temp sensor is working. If this wasn't working the problem may get worse as the temperature increases. I'll see if I can post a couple videos of what mind is doing so you can compare. I'd love to figure this one out. To clarify as for stalling out, mine only did it when I increased the CO values. Originally I was set at 0. Motor did not stall out but Idle very low especially after giving it some throttle. If I let it sit it would recover but took some time. Initially I thought maybe it was lean. I increased the CO value to +10 and my problem was worse and sometimes the engine would actually stall. Next I changed my CO setting to -20. I still have a rough idle but no more stalling and if rpm's drop it recovers almost immediately.

OK, its been awhile since, but few years ago when I got my apex, it was my first 4 stroke and went out with the usual group of small old sleds. we ended up going through some early season mud hole mugul crap for miles. thats when I figured out the apex idle was hanging up. if throttle slowly released, it would hang high idle a few seconds. few unexpected mud launces and I wasn't real happy.
anyways, next day I realized the throttle valves were hanging on the bodies. wouldn't say it was worn, plus 1000mi. I ended up raising the throttle stop on the rack to raise idle and lowered it back down with the bypass valves to compensate. has been mint for years now.
it was under yes, bur dealer said, never seen that before, so I didn't bother.
if your idle is low, I would simply raise it at the throttle stop on the rack

Idle isn't low.
When idling properly it's around 1500RPM.
When stumbling (and as jaydaniels said, I think it seems rich), it idles down around 1000RPM.

could be a coolant temp sensor or a lazy o2 sensor

I checked my coolant temp sensor and its working fine and pretty sure the Apex's don't have an O2 sensor. To me it seems as though the sled wants to run overly rich at idle. You can see the difference in the videos of how adjusting my CO settings down to -20 a significant difference. Seems funny though that this APex needs to have the CO setting at -20 while others are at 0 or higher. You would think they would all be close to the same when stock. That's why I'm thinking that adjusting the CO settings is just masking another issue.

I cant tell from the video, way different then standing there. if it looses a cylinder, I would check coils. if its fuel, I cant remember what the bypass assembly was like, but like I said, I raised the main t body idle and either the bypass compensated or I readjusted the bleeders. was a totally different problem as mine ran great. my 250,000 mi 90 chevy had a stalling issue if idling to warm up in cold. ended up I raised t body idle and the bypass/computer compensated and never did it again.
have you looked over the bypass hoses for kinks/cuts. I would take a bottle of water and douse the intake erea to be sure

Just for the heck of it try adjusting your CO setting to the lowest setting possible and see how you sled works. Not saying its the 'exact fix' but it really helped mine. Mine is/was doing exactly as you described your problem. I had to go to -20 on the settings.

Injector timing? I had a similiar problem thought it was just bad gas, brought it to my dealer(Cully's Ranch) and he said it was an injector problem. He retimed them which he said alot of dealers don't have the equipment to do it. Told me to also run startron and it has been fine now for 2 years.

jay...easy to do so I'll give it a shot.
BTW...your video at C0 sounds just like my sled.
How many miles are on your sled?
apex55...thanks...but no clue how I could check this since many dealers don't have the equipment. But it makes sense as a possible fix. I've always thought it was more fuel related...
