Relay is clicking, but still no fuel pump. Where do I go next?

Make sure it is the relay you are hearing. Try changing it out with another. There should be a fuel pump fuse somewhere, maybe by the starter relay.

Check the grounding plugs inside the main harness, under the airbox by the drive clutch. They corrode and cause multitudes of problems and the older the sled gets the more common it's becoming. Just checked mine and greased it to prevent this from happening.

Well that won't drive you crazy looking for a problem. Glad she's fixed.

Every year the little buggers build a nest right on top of mine. They chewed up the plastic clip that hold the fuel line this year.vx700xtc said:mice had chewed wires off of fuel pump.

Not 1 mice issue in the past 15+ years with the sled stored in an enclosed trailer.
