09 Nytro mtx AC skid install

I was wandering about the roll over valve, don't see much talk about them and yes spendy and looks complicated, don't like the idea of the teather activating it. Very interested in your roll over tank set up.
I had a 13 AC pro climb 800 162 before this and if I remember right they were 37" c to c and for me that was to tippy, I don't move as quick as I used to so I will keep that in mind, did you use the stock spindles? I traded my tig for a snowmobile and trailer a couple years ago and picked up a Hobart 190, now I'm wishing I had my tig back. There's some guys around here with tigs and better welders than me so will get it done.

I currently have the stock spindles. But if I find time I will use the set of arctic cat proclimb spindles I have and make a new set that will be lighter and 37” c to c

Your putting all kinds of ideas in my head. The pro climb front, spindles especially would look good on the nytro, I'm pretty sure that the arms are already chromoly, modify them to fit the whole front suspension, coming up with one cheap enough might not be easy. Need to finish this pro climb skid first. Got the new Zero Pro shocks, waiting for the spring kits from Hygear Suspension. I've been reading what I can on ski's, doesn't seem to be to many options that work with the stock suspension, I see these Curve XS getting some good reviews, any input on the ski's which I'm sure would change with a new front end.

Zx I'm not having any luck on the "roll over tank" anything you got on that would be a big help, also looking at the skid plates per your advise.

Barn of parts has some skid plates and so does mountain tech. Or you can make your own out of 3/16 aluminum. As for the roll over tank there is some info on snowest and snow and mud. I will get you a picture once I’m at my computer at work

as for skis if you can find a set of polaris gripper skis they are the best and also lightest

Hey great, It looks like the tank just goes inline on what I think is the breather hose. I haven't really looked close at how the stock set up works yet so it will probably make more sense when I do.
I finally found all the stuff on the Grizz sub frame gussets, that being a must.
Thanks for the ski info I will definitely be looking for those, the stocks are one ugly ski. I have looked at Barn of Parts stuff, which looks good but I think I would like a full skid plate as long as it's not a major operation to get to the oil filter, The one that's on here is plastic and pointed, I believe it is stock.
I sent my drive shaft to Avid to get his extrovert drivers pressed on and he was concerned about the location, evidently he uses the location of the old drivers to locate the new, when I bought the sled the front of the rails were bent 3 or 4 inches to the left and whatever did it moved some of the drivers and Robbie wasn't sure if one or any are in the right place and it sounded like it may be a trial and error deal with putting in the shaft make sure they are centered and remover and adjust if needed. Which will be a pain since the skid hasn't been mounted yet. Any Idea where I could get the driver location on an 09 mtx bare shaft??
I have the mounting locations for the AC skid that guys were using 8 years ago, Off Trail Mike mainly but I want to check this out real close myself before I drill holes. Did you arrive at your own mounting points or use someone elses?

Once the modding starts it’s a slippery slope trust me. But it is a fun journey. But try to do a everything super cheep because they are a hard sell if you go to sell them and you will not get your money out of it.

second exhaust was a glass pack,
mounted like shown outlet out back
worked for several trips, till we got dumped on then it bogged bad in the REALLY
DEEP stuff. So I made a 180 and dumped exhaust going foward. zero problems now

I do think the Polaris rear suspension was a PLUS
