i'm 200 lbs, ride aggressive.
planning to change the frint stablizer bar.
is there a big difference between 12 & 13MM when it comes to handling ?
any recommendations where to get in ontario, canada area ?

Yes, there is a difference. Some members swear by the 13mm bar whilst others say it is too harsh a ride and that 12mm is a better choice. I believe it can be accurately summed up that the 13mm sway bar enables you to corner more flat than the 12mm sway bar. The downside is the ride is a little more rough with the 13mm sway bar.

So you need to decide what is important to your riding style.

I added the 13mm last season and am very happy with the better handling. I do weigh 275 and run the RTX with floats, so maybe the heavier weight helps. It corners and stays flat. I would get rid of the 11 and go up.

definitly depends on how you ride..

If you are a aggressive rider who want super flat cornering and slams threw bumps get the 13mm

If you are more concered about ride quality than handling stay stock or get a 12mm bar..

I wrote up a review on the 13mm bar in the FAQ section..

Just put my 13mm swaybar on today. Can't wait to try it out. I think whichever you choose will be an upgrade over stock.

Just put mine on too, will be interesting.
I stiffer bar won't make the ride rougher if all things remain equal.
The sway bar has no effect on spring rate, however, when one ski moves up independently of the other, it WILL transmit more force, or feedback to the bars.
Maybe thats why the ride seems stiffer???

I've run the 13mm on a few different sleds.

Sleds with Fox Floats have considerably less resistance to body roll so I found installing the 13mm is the better choice if you are an aggressive trail rider and your sled has the floats.

With regular coil over shocks, the 13mm makes the sled remain very parallel to the ground, but it also does get kicked around on uneven ground (where one ski hits a bump or hole).

Still, for my riding style, I prefer the 13mm on all, including coil over setups.

Actually for me, I'd prefer to have something a little stiffer for my 07 RTX (with Fox Floats) - maybe a 13.5mm bar.

What is the price of these bars and how hard is it to install one. Thanks :rocks:

Pretty easy to install, just have to spread the stock links apart @ bar mount location.
