I'm going to ride out to Beausejour from Winnipeg for the Thursday a.m. and do the Whiteshell ride. Will probably stay at my cabin (Falcon Lake) on the Thurs. evening and try to meet the group in the north part of the park for the Friday ride to Bird Lake.

Rode the whiteshell route this weekend past. trails and lakes were good. Lakes had some minor slush spots but they were hardly noticable. Round trip mileage on this one was 294k's. which is about 180 miles.

Rode the Whiteshell route last Thursday, It was awsome. You could have rode a 69 Ski Doo Olympic with It's 2" of foam on the seat and you would not have had a sore butt. No traffic to worry about and smooth trails, what could be better.

I have to add I will be checking into the Super 8 wed the 23 afternoon. Any TYers going to be there early? Maybe a little ride then some

Right now I am going up to Convert's cabin in near Bemidji MN on Monday to ride with him later that day and Tuesday. Our plan is to drive up to Beausejour on Wednesday and check-in to the motel. Mapquest says it is about a 6 hour drive so depending upon when we leave, we could get some riding in that afternoon.
