Well, I extended my rails last year to 128" and had trouble with my studs and track catching on my snowflap and hitting the end of my tunnel protectors. Seeing as you can't easily purchase a 128" extension I decided to build my own. Here is the final product. I also added a rear cooler. Only other thing I'm looking at is somehow extending the covers at the bottom rear that cover the coolant lines and bumper. Thanks to all who had given suggestions and help.

It looks good, and it blends in really well, the way you blacked it out, great job, very nice work

Nice job. We have one of these to do for my little brother. How much did you extend?

Thanks. I went 3.5" which I just calculated from taking 128" -121" and dividing by 2. I probably have a copy of the cad file I did with dimensions. I had the pce cut out of 1/16 aluminum and then bent it.

Sure. It will have to be Monday as I have is saved at work. Keep in mind that the length of my extension is probably the minimum you would want to go. Looking back I might have gone another inch just for some 'wiggle' room. The cooler was a bit tight to get in there. Also, to extend the coolant lines, I cut my original cross-over tube in half and used that with the elbow going through the tunnel. Then I used a pipe clamp to fasten to the tunnel. It can be seen in one of the pictures. Anyhow, I'll get you the drawing on Monday.

Sounds good, thanks.
