Just replaced the spark plugs and the sled will not start now. It started before I changed the plugs and now it just cranks over but no fire. I can hear the fuel pump start/stop and their is power at each spark plug harness but no spark at the plug???

Let me know if you figure out what the problem is beause I have the same problem now, with the addition of a leaky coolant gasket!

Test your stator! the specs are on here, Remove the grey Clip from the voltage regulator and use as volt meter with positive terminal of tester in center hole and negative lead in left side and them rights side should be within the propr resistance, if its out of spec your gonna have to replace. This is my next job as my stator is way above resistance

Just checked all ground blocks and look to be in good condition. I measured the stator and it is reading 0.5 which is high. How much does temperature play a factor in this reading? It is about 40 degrees

with coils plugged in, plugs in coils and plugs grounded you get no spark?
Did the cam position sensor on the valve cover accidentally become unplugged?

The coils were plugged in with plugs in and grounded and no spark. I unplugged the wire harness into coil and have power there when key is on. Where exactly is the cam position sensor??

Just checked the cam position sensor and it was plugged in. I am thinking it is the stator but just wanted to make sure. There is continuity between the three wires on stator plug but the reading is higher than specs(0.6).

The stator has the white wires and big grey plug which is for the generator which charges the battery.
The small 2 wire black plug is the trigger coil for the ignition system. This is the one you need to test. The motor will run if the generator is out spec.

Just an update. Replaced the stator and trigger coil and sled fired up. Thanks for all the info!
