Hit a tree going about 5 MPH. Steering is now slightly off, and my right side lower A-Arm is bent. What are my options for replacement? I can replace just the right lower A-Arm with another blue OEM used replacement on eBay. Otherwise what are my aftermarket options?

Travis at Barn Of Parts seems to be THE go to guy for used parts. I'd try him first. For new, Port Yamaha !

Options are new or used. That's about it.

Check the bulkhead. It may have broken when you took the hit.
