Got a little more done today. Got all Oilite Bushings pressed in except for one arm. Realized that I had bought a kit for a 08 second hand off here. So called up Ulmer and he is sending me 4 more today should be here by friday. What a life saver!

I screwed up on my hole measurements so I ebayed a new tunnel end piece. I figured it would be a great time to try out my new rivet gun. Can't imagine life without one now. LOL Also riveted on my snow flap and the new brake light, starting to look like a sled.

Also got my front and rear bumpers stripped today and will be bringing them to powder coat tomorrow

Got my new black tank plastic out and stuck on the protector strip for the top to keep the scratches down.

Decided to buy an air buffer from harbor freight and wanted to try it with some turtle wax metal polish. Will shine up more once I put some effort and better product to it.

I just bought and mounted that same light, i just need to decide how to run all the wiring as i kept the stock plug and as much wire as i could in case i ever have to change lights or do something else with it. How did you run yours underneath and keep it tied up to the sled so it doesn't collect ice?

I have a hole just big enough for the brake light piece to go through the tunnel in the back then im going to run pex tubing held up with clamps down the inside of the tunnel.

Thanks! Unfortunately been at a stand still because of money. Should have my exhaust back soon then I can close up the tunnel! Really need to get my hands on a cheap 1.75 track though!

On a side note I had a mag side piston going bad in our little 89 340 so i did a quick top end rebuild and cleaned up a few things on it. Also rigged the old nytro skis up to fit so I could get rid of the old metal skis. New oil and gas lines with filters. painted exhaust and engine shroud.
