Wow man !!Nice work :rocks:

I agree ;)!

But I still think you should have left the seat right off......just put one of those small camping chairs in your back pack for when you stop.... :drink:

100% done with the seat, finally. Seat frame is 2 lbs 1 oz and the seat is 2 lbs 6 oz.

First off sorry for the poor pictures, I forgot my camera down in the lower 48 a few weeks ago.

Getting scared for the snow to fly so I spent all weekend on my sled and made some good progress. Decided I just cant wait for my rear shocks and front end to show up before powder coat so started welding up my 4130 and got it about %75 done. Very time consuming.

got my skid and track test fit for the first time everything looks perfect.

got my seat mounted and I thought a lot about it when I did my heat exchangers but I decided to drill holes and weld pipe in there so that I could run my heat exchangers where I wanted them and still be able to put in riv nuts that otherwise would have hit the heat exchanger. since there are 10 bolts i decided to use alluminum bolts and riv nuts.

Also test fit the tank plastic to make sure everything was right, I did decide not to use the trail tank. I just really did not like how it fit and the stocker fits so nice. Another year of the race jug on back.
Its starting to look like a sled... kinda

My tunnel before powdercoating weighed 39 lbs including the rear bumper and cooler. I don't know what the stock one weighs.
