74, Tried D-01 remains 0 until 3/4 full throttle changes to 1. ? I have ordered a new starter because it was making a strange noise the last couple seasons, should be here next week. I will start that removal soon I plan on looking at more wiring and connections then, More fun to fallow! thanks for your help! My new winder is just sitting in the garage waiting for snow! My apex will be my backup.

74, I will hope to when I remove gage pod/headlight assembly again. Hoping for connection issue? or bad sensor? now that I know how to put the sled in diagnostic mode! Thanks again and merry Christmas!

Diagnostic code 02 shows atmospheric pressure.
03 shows intake air pressure
05 intake air temp
06 coolant temp
09 is fuel system voltage
24 is throttle switch, should show off with throttle closed, changes to on with throttle opened
Be sure everything is plugged in when checking those

All of your problems share the black/blue wire as part of their circuit so I would find the finger connector somewhere in the harness that brings these wires together. I think it is along the upper frame member above the clutches and/or beside the throttle bodies left side

Those automotive style splice packs are a terrible application under the hood of a sled. For all the really great things Yammy does, they do some pretty dumb stuff too.

Update: Replaced starter and sled starts nice now however all codes remain 13,20,15 and 84. let the sled warm up . As soon as I touch the throttle sled turns off! tried to reset codes, still failed, codes remain! ran through diag numbers. 01 reads 0 throttle closed changes to 1 when moved ( should be 15-18 closed and approach 100 when opened) 24 shows closed throttle off, open throttle moved to on. I think my issue is either the TORS or TPS. I would like to try to by pass tors... are they the connecters with single wires in the large bundle under head light/windy module or somewhere off throttle cable area ? Does someone have a wiring diagram? thanks

Either the TPS sensor is bad or there is a break in the wire(s) between the TPS and ECU.Update: Replaced starter and sled starts nice now however all codes remain 13,20,15 and 84. let the sled warm up . I would target the Black/Blue
Find the connector that brings the Black/Blues together.
More likely wire problem than bad TPS
Codes 20 and 15 are causing 84 to activate.

I guess I will have to open up harness... thanks 74 first I will try to check continuity from TPS to ECU connecters?

Happy new years all ! update. opened up wire harness almost all around. Found blue and bl black cluster under ECU lower front, looks good and read continuity all the way back to TPS both wires. unplugged ECU read continuity on both at that plug also. Yellow wire reads all the way through also... TPS resistance shows value and changes with throttle movement........ This is crazy... I had to walk away for a bit. What am I missing? Wire diagram.... Different code reset for my 2010?

And you've checked all the ground blocks also?

Yes, all read to ground and have no burn marks. So here we go. put all back together( didn't do a seal job on harness just tie wrapped in a few places. turn on switch, no codes....sled starts and runs strong let it warm up good , now shows code 20. wiggle wires beside the TPS and 15 and 84 comes back... Loose connection in that area... turned off, diag mode cleared codes except for 20. sled starts and runs normal. o1 shows 18 throttle closed and ramps to 94 full open. what to.... started and rans good! now wiggling wires in TPS area continues to run fine.....

You're getting closer.
Use diagnostic code 02 to read atmospheric pressure and 03 to read intake air pressure. Observe values.
Error 20 is too much difference between these two.
Also, there should be some small block connectors in the area that you are wiggling the wires. Check them.
