2012 Yamaha's

i hope not :(. im sure it would bee great for yamaha, and all, but i want a sled thats between the phazer and the nytro with the same type of chassie ;)! say, 100-110 hp and 155 track with 38 cm width not some stupid 35. :yam: :whine:

14 days and counting. After two shoulders that have been under the knife I hope a PS model of the nytro comes out. I absolutely love my sled, but a week of ice and pain killers after a weekend of riding is starting to wear on me and I don't think I will ever sit on cruiser again. I think we have one more year for any "game changer" to come out. :o| :o|

wont see any thing for kids under 12. the hole lead paint deal. thats way yamaha dropped the pw50 and ttr50.

My uncle was at the dealer today, and was told that the Vector will have Power steering in 2012.

Thats all he found out. Not sure if you guys talked about that already, I didn't read all 10 pages lol

starting to think that there will be nothing special this year :o| been really quiet from yamaha and no spy pics etc. still hope for a new chassie

Me too! More power steering. Maybe a few new bits of technology. Nothing earth shattering. Evolution not revolution. All that means, its another 2 winters for me on my current sled. :o|

Was at the dealer last week and they had mentioned not to expect anything big this year, but all this low key stuff has me suspicious about what is really going on.I hope I am right and the dealer is pulling my arm ;)! either way I'am not holding my breath. :die

I'm guessing it's just going to be power steering on the Vector & Venture, and maybe an option on the Nytro. I'd like to see them keep the Nytro w/out EPS and just improve the handling in a different way, don't make it any heavier, and put a 10 gallon gas tank in them.

A Phazer motor in a DBII chassis sounds boring, heavy, old and a step backwards.

The Nytro is in desperate need of an upgrade and they need a smaller, less expensive sled than a Phazer. I think they should drop the Apex motor in an upgraded Nytro to better compete with the 800's.

I don,t want to see a apex motor in a nytro chassis, the new apex has the perfect chassis for the quad engine.

Sounds good but would like to see it in a 2.86 pitch for more track options. 1.25, 1.5, 1.75 ripsaw, 1.375 cobra, 1.75 challenger light.
o and adjustable steering like the AC M-series.
