Isn't the title of this thread a little misleading? Sounds like a Cat only recall?

Yes that is what I was wondering also. Have a 2016 LTX LE have not heard anything about this from my dealer.
The OP or a mod/admin would have to change the title.

How is 2016 ZR7000 miss-leading? Only cat has a ZR7000

This is a cat only recall and not sure why its posted on a Yamaha only site. Are we the only ones that can help you on your cat? I renamed the titles so it said NA Viper... what does this mean, well its a CAT ONLY recall.

Why so much hostility? Sorry if I offended any one.
The ZR and Viper are almost identical, so I come here for the answers and ideas.

Looooooooooooooooolno they have faulty casting or not balanced its a replacement primary they are putting on

It's a tough one. Yamaha corporate supports the site so not sure how they take it when cat is brought up here but I can tell you for sure all of us here including Mr sled would be the first ones to stop and help on trail no matter the brand.

I think basically Yamaha guys want to keep this site in the Yamaha family and don't really care to set out the welcome matt to Cousin zr7000. It's not you personally its Arctic Cat. We hate admitting how good a chassis Arctic Cat came up with and Yamaha didn't...lol,

I dont think your getting hostility.
While the 2 sleds are pretty much identical. What really sets them apart is clutches.
Unfortunately your question is a clutch question therefore you will see guys jump in to clarify this is an issue specific to cat. Yes there are plenty of guys here that can and will help you. Ithink the guys here just want to be clear on this specific posting
Lots of guys, be it here or on other forums dont read the entire posts. They kind of see what they want to see.
On this site they try to nip problems or confusion in the bud before it gets out ofcontrol.
Your post and title were clear to me, but i can see where this could have gone south too.
