2020 Sidewinder or Tcat?

Doubt that....Would need new spindle too.

Yeah I do think the new front end will be even better, and does looks incredible. But what bothers me is NOONE had an issue with current front end! Why would a company make changes to something that did not need fixing/changing and continue to turn a blind eye to MANY huge issues that cause catastrophic failure....Just makes no sense.

Our front end kicks #*$&@. I swapped with my buddy yesterday on a whooped out section of trail. He has a brand new 900 ace enduro. I could not believe the difference. My SE tracks straight through the whoops and soaks them up, even with my cheaper shocks. The Doo front end felt twitchy to me. Ever since I picked up my winder, I've thought that maybe I should have got a Doo instead. I'm really glad I have the winder, even if it has some design flaws.

I noticed the new viper has a tether switch on it. Comes with goggle bag, small tunnel bag, tall windshield, fox QS3 shocks which are awesome! New brake lever is very nice, new throttle as well, all the other controls are pretty nice, has heated seat and visor plug in. 4 wheels on the rear skid that looked to be a true 4th wheel kit. Fuse box has been relocated as well as coolant bottle and intake. Plastics panels come off quick. Looks to be a very good sled, wish I needed a new one because that red viper GT is really nice.

Waiting for SRX pics! Didn't see a glimpse of one anywhere in the background of the other pics, hmmmm...

Did not bother as its a basic black and side panels are flat black plastic, hard to believe how cheap it looks. I just dont get it. If they are going after the old black and gold, then make it black and gold but this is boring it looks like a cat IMO. Seat embossing is nice.

Yes all sleds for 2020 come with a magnetic tether. All the sleds should come with 3 wheel axle, same as 19s. Not 4 wheel.

Plastics(side panels) remove same as Winder, however the main hood needs 2 screws remove(like 2s cats) before hood will slide off.

Viper is over 50 lbs lighter(then Winder) according to cat specs, and has no rear exchanger, so no ICE will build, making the rear much lighter. New ECU programming has more JAM overall. Very nice corner to corner sled as its NA, so it has instant throttle response. I hope the Viper sticks around, and maybe gets more HP in a few yrs, nice sled IMO.

This caught my interest. This new front end was something out of the blue I did not see coming. And here is a review from Lester as they are riding the new 2020s out west. Sounds like this new Front end is the real deal, and push will be all but eliminated. Excited to try one.

Lester doesnt get the key vs a security encoded tether.
The encoded tether is great untill you have to troubleshoot a no start condtion on a doo and then you may as well take it to the dealer

Maybe there was a screw up and the Cat got the gold accents instead of the SRX!!

Supertraxs rated the Polaris front end 1st skidoo 2nd & arctic cat 3rd last year . It will be interesting to if supertraxs actually bumps skidoo to third this year ??
