Back to the top on this post. Not clutching this time but very disappointed in my find. This is a very slow leak NOW. Sled has 250 miles on it! It does not matter what gasket material they are using it’s a matter of putting the right amount IN ALL PLACES. This seems to be the “spot” imo on these leaky oil gasket? My 17 never leaked a drop after ROV delete. This is a 2022 with ROV delete done from day one. And no I’m not taking it back to the dealer for warranty. Not a option as I don’t feel confident in any dealer any more. Not after they put anti seize on my last new drive shaft. This is barely leaking at all, so going to order the bop gasket and keep a aye on this Obvious manufacturing #*$&@ up.

My 21 had a similar leak found last week with 370 miles on it. I didn't take it to the dealer either and installed the BOP gasket. Has anyone had a BOP gasket leak? I'm not completely confident the gasket was in the groove completely in a few spots. No leaks yet but only garage run time on it so far.
I also installed the BOP rollover valve bypass at the same time. Time will tell.

Yea it’s funny as I thought all the others that found leaks were probably ROV creating pressure on seal. Lol. Not the case here at all. ROV is GONE!!! It’s not a major leak by any means. BUT you run a clean shop paper towel( blue variety) on it every couple days and it will have a SLIGHT amount of oil. So probably make it this season but betting she would be a drop every couple days after this year. Maybe this was my punishment for posting clutching stuff on your oil gasket post??Ffs can't cat fix anything properly?

I haven't had a oil tank leak since redoing the factory RTV tank seal myself the first season I owned the sled. My stock tank seal barely had enough RTV on it to even consider sealing. I just used regular old black silicone sealant and its been fine since.

I can't say I've seen one leak after resealing. With the factory rollover valve too.

440 miles, wet on both sides.........not dripping wet or anything but wet none the less. ROV delete from day one as well. Would like to go to thief river and hold a seminar on how to properly apply sealant. Not that hard folks, instructions right on the package. For your viewing pleasure. Hard to see but it’s juicy. O man they got you also! I got the BOP gasket on the mail here yesterday. Hoping to make it one more trip the way it’s weeping ever so slightly. No shape to do anything > got the vid. Let us know your fix, besides a trip to TRF for a seminar !! What’s funny is I actually thought mine was ever so slight wet with oil from day one. Nothing the average guy would notice. Travis does mention that when installing his gasket ,the torque values are HALF of what the factory recommends 80-90 inch pounds on the tank bolts ,with loctiteO man they got you also!
