you can get the discount without a VIN by purchasing the passes via a gift certificate. then when you have the VIN just transfer it. That's what I did while waiting for my 2 new ones .

I am lucky my dealer rearranged there schedule and put it together as soon as it came off the transport. There are great service .

I don't touch my sled until deer season is over on December 15th.
