Doing some testing today with the hurricane 300 tune running 11.8 afr at 21 psi .I used the locker so the wastegate can open just a little on high boost.The tune must be stopping me from going any higher.When I close the wastegate a little more she would hesitate about 40 feet out.Move it back a 1/2 turn and she keeps pulling like a train again.Am I running the fuel pump to its max at 21 psi?

Tunes have built in boost cuts usually.

D ont like to bother dave for little things like this.Just went in my diagnostic code and my tps shows 0 to 79 full throttle.Should it be at 100 percent at full throttle?

The logs will show 100 percent throttle.
You are hitting the boost cut at 21 lbs. That tune is not made for a wastegate locker.
The injectors are maxed also with that tune with that high of boost. You couldn't even run that high in the cold and it would go lean.
If you want to faster you will need the bigger injectors, turbo setup and head studs. Don't lock that wastegate with the trail tunes.
