It is lean for Td tunes at idle. Not sure what the other tuners calibrate theirs at but definitely not what Ben calls for. This seems lean at idle? Never seen these numbers at idle.. Usually mid 11's if cold OR mid to upper 11's when hot. IDLE

Had something simular start last thursday with my riot 9000, slight hesitation on knoll jumping and throttle pickup, yesterday while watching my fuel psi and afr at same time i could see fuel psi droping under boost and afrs climb crazy, pulled my seat off and top of tank where pump sits was real warm, let it cool down and away it would go like all normal, then about 5 minutes later same crap..pump warm fuel psi drop, let er cool away ya go, anyway pulled pump out today to check it out, found my pick up socks dirty looking, pulled one off pump couldnt suck or blow thru it, cleaned all 3 with carb cleaner multiple times and blew out with air, free flowing once again!! I was running boostane and klotz octane booster for the last 2 seasons, and when i hit the filters with carb cleaner it just rolled crap off that was the same color as boosters...brown, pump and filters were new 2 seasons ago. Installed a new deutsch werks 255lph pump with the filter cleaning to be sure all is good again.Soo i took everything out of tank, replace the hose from top of pump to lid with fuel injection rubber none corrigated hose, put pump right to bottom of banana ,made sure all clamps on hoses were tight, pulled pick up feet out and fuel level sensor out ..soo i could make sure pick up feet are sitting flat. went riding yesterday for 100klm and found that riding very agressive into a corner and hitting brakes hard the sled would stumble uppon re applying throttle for a split secound or two.... whats causing this? its not the safety switch in throttle, feels like its fuel related or timing retarded.

TD usually recommends 47-48psi with key on engine off for header tunes. Id start there, your auto tune will take care of correcting afr when riding but isnt activated at idle or low rpm

Aer you guys thinking that Boostane is clogging the filter socks? I use it but only a very small amount so that would be kind of hard to believe. I am only adding 1.6 oz of Boostane Professional for 6.5 gallons of 91 (takes the 91 octane to 94).

No, boostane stays in suspension and doesnt settle. Should not cause any issues with filter socks.Aer you guys thinking that Boostane is clogging the filter socks? Im not saying it does, only saying what i saw cleaning my filters, 3800 miles last year using boostane @ .5 oz per gallon.Aer you guys thinking that Boostane is clogging the filter socks? mine at operating temp is 13.6-14 at idle, its in the low 12's when cold and just started. its bens tune with the auto tune on it. my fuel pressure when key turned on before pump shuts off is 48-49. with the Quantom 340 pump.

I'm wondering about the TPS or TPS setting. I noticed mine is idling this season with higher A/F as well. I cranked up the fuel pressure and noticed it helped with a slight stumble. Came back from testing a couple of weeks ago and had the idle surging up and down and thats when I noticed the A/F in the high 13's and low 14.s.
Hurricane tunes and closed loop. I have to wonder about the TPS and/or the TPS setting.

its showing right on the money at full pull is 100% from TPS, havebt looked at reading at idle for tps %, but ill tell you we are all on same page here because when sled is cooler than say 140 deg , the throttle responce is snappier than when im at 174 normal operating temp, i think i need the target afr in the tune stepped up a bit to richen it up at idle and low throttle positions. i think i have the tuning capability with my flasher..... i know they said i can adjust timing and boost..... I WONT THOU but i wonder if AFR is adjustable?

I've wanted to adjust the TPS a bit to see if it richens the idle A/F. I just haven't had the time to test it. It'd be easy enough to test and see, and can be reversed, I just need to find the time to do it. Even thought about just replacing the TPS altogether.
