3 gallons or less in your tank!!

Mine took 3 weeks from initial order to delivery to Canadian address....pretty normal for delivery to my area via USPS.
I am very happy with product and like everyone says...plug and play!

I hope you used fuel injection clamp, not just a regular hose clamp.
Also, guys may not realize but from my experience, the fuel rail inlet connection is not standard automotive size. It is slightly larger. I tried evey Dorman size and none fit. This means the 90 deg fitting that mates with the fuel is also not standard. We need to be careful to not break that fitting because you can't go to an auto parts store and buy one.
You can use a zip tie strategically to hold the line on. The zip goes in place of the clip

so i have now got this issue even after dooing fuel return, i get dwn to 2-3gallons and going dwn hill it cuts out and comming to a stop, ive put new walbro pump in and it still doing, im going to chk pick ups as suggested tonight.... crazy way the pick ups are done, fuel is picke up on the out put of pump not intake... the fuel in basket is only picked up by pump, i only wish it was easier to get pump out... always feels tike your gonna break somthing ramming it back in or pulling out. im gonna replace that coragated fuel line with a 4-6" rubber fuel injection line aswell.

Soo i took everything out of tank, replace the hose from top of pump to lid with fuel injection rubber none corrigated hose, put pump right to bottom of banana ,made sure all clamps on hoses were tight, pulled pick up feet out and fuel level sensor out ..soo i could make sure pick up feet are sitting flat. went riding yesterday for 100klm and found that riding very agressive into a corner and hitting brakes hard the sled would stumble uppon re applying throttle for a split secound or two.... whats causing this? its not the safety switch in throttle, feels like its fuel related or timing retarded.

Any chance the throttle cable is too tight? Should have .030-.060" play between switch pod and throttle lever.
Also, TORS (safety switch) is not same as throttle position switch. Throttle position sensor is on throttle body, safety switch is on handlebar pod right next to throttle lever.

Logs, logs are you friend! It will tell you if the timing is being pulled, also give you the A/F ratio you need to know...

Try to up the fuel pressure 2-4 lbs and see if that helps.

I highly doubt its the banana running empty. To me sounds like the tune is a bit lean.

thought of that and lossened it a full turn soo there is a bit of play and at full throttle the cable ...JUST ..pulls 100%

with the auto tune it idles around 13.9-14.0, fuel pressure is 43 at idle and when reving goes to @47-50, it seams when it comes back dwn on a hard brake that its pulling timing and or fuel. can knock detection be de sensitized???

Check the pressure key on, not running. Then up it 4 lbs. see if that makes a a difference. I'm guessing it will make the difference.

De-sensitizing the knock detection is not something you want to do!

thanks bro, it was just a thought due to on my logs ive seen spike retard at lower throttle positions that probably due to noise as i was running 100vp fresh out of can that was made in january... soo really fresh can. ran great and pulled more rpm with that fuel. i will up the pressure tonight and see.... it does act like the fuel is lean when suddenly back to idle.
