Does anyone have any input on the 4 Stroke spring that sells on E-Bay suppose to get rid of the Harsh engine brake did anyone try 1 of these what do ya's think about it?

i know ulmers kit got rid of alot of the engine braking on mine. the fact that it wakes the sled up does not hurt either.

i think most on here will say do not waste your money but i will let len and lb chime in 1st.

Last year, we came to the conclusion that it was not worth the investment. Once you get used to riding a 4 stroke, engine braking is seen and used as an advantage. Forget about chopping the throttle and slamming on the brakes to make a corner. That went away with the smoke! :)

I bought one last year, have not taken the time to try it out and see what it does.......to busy riding!
:yam: :4STroke: :rocks:

Here here! Engine braking is your friend! Don't fight it learn to use it. Gas becomes your speed control. All off equals brakes on. The other side is just for slow speed stops and Oh Crap conditions.

I agree...one ride on my buddies apex without engine braking and I was like " WTF?"...he also got off mine and said, "why did they do away with this?"....the question is, if I ever decide to move to another sled is...is there a kit do add engine braking back in?
