8DN belt issue

well 90 miles and my belt seems to be coming apart,stopped and checked my clutches and belt a couple times and they were nice and cool,was checking for coolant and oil leaks on the turbo install also,so not sure what to say but I put a new one on as I don't want to chance it for 55$,anyone else have this issue?yes I did go wot but after belt was warmed up properly so I wouldn't think this is a break in issue,and very little to no belt dust

Mine get that way from being taken off and put back on a lot when testing. I run them anyway. No problems.
