Aftermarket Viper exhaust

I'm sure there will be a full exhaust. I'm hoping for full exhaust, intake and pcv kit with a clutch setup for it.

What type of price are people thinking for a kit like that? Full exhaust, intake, pcv and a full clutching setup preset for the kit? What experience have people had with similar setups?

We will have a full exhaust, complete aftermarket intake, Power Commander V (already in stock), and clutching. We are going to aim this kit at $1600 to $1800 area, but this is not finalized yet. We are expecting a 18 to 20 horsepower gain with the complete setup.

Sounds like a nice setup. Will their be different exhaust options? As far as loud and quiet. And also is there going to be a way to use an auto tune with the pcv? With my experience on crotch rockets I noticed a big gain in power from the preset pcv to using the auto tune and accepting trims. In my mind this is a must considering where I ride it is -20 one day and 2 days later can be 40 so a 60 degree temp swing is not at all out of the question. Plus the fact of different elevations will continually come into play

Straightline Performance is developing a full system for the Viper. There is already a part # in the Marshall Distributing catalog. I don't believe they will be available for another few weeks though. PCV with map and clutch kit to go with it as well...

Here is a production viper exhaust from D&D. This is just raw metal. I'm sure they'll be offered in painted or stainless steel.

WOW that can is huge.
I think I will weight for hindle, however I bet the D&D can sounds awesome!

This one doesn't look the same as in the video or on their website. I don't care how big it is as long as it lighter and not loud.

Sounds like a good bang for the buck...what type of weight savings are you thinking?

noise

looks like that might be the quiet stage 1 power silencer they are making. Can't wait to here it. :die

I gotta say...the stock exhaust sounds pretty damn good. Much better than the what I would call, a little too weak sounding nytro. The first two sound clips I heard, I swear it's a two stroke under the hood!!
