about to install new to me hurricane air box separated airbox to clean and noticed snorkel was still installed .just wondering to leave as is or remove it .

Probably not much air going through stock intake but wouldn't hurt to do the mod. I am doing it myself to go along way th Excell intake.

I think I might start with removing snorkel for now .

what you can do also is trim plastic under headlight on witness line. in a v shape i did it to mine worked well
